Podcast – Ep. 22 – Interview with Becki Percy – Abuse and Trafficking Survivor

This podcast is an interview with my friend and survivor, Becki Percy.

Becki is a survivor of trafficking, childhood sexual abuse, and ritual abuse, but that does not define this amazing young woman. She shares her story of the past that she endured and her daily fight for survival, along with how the kindness of a stranger across the ocean and her faith have helped her to escape her abusers and have the opportunity for the life she wants and deserves.

Podcast – Mobile Musings – 6 -Give Your Fellow Human A Break

Welcome back to Mobile Musings. This one comes courtesy of a recent drive where I just got inspired to share some thoughts about giving your fellow human being a break.

Put aside the thoughts of judgment and think of what may be really going on in the lives of the people you interact with. The lives of those who you wish would do more for this or that cause. There just might be a reason that someone is the way that they are that particular day.

I hope this episode resonates with you, and if you would be so kind as to share it with someone who might need it too, that would be amazing. We are all survivors together, navigating this healing journey.

Podcast – Ep. 21 – With Marnie Grundman – Advocacy and Support for Runaway Children

I’m pleased to share this podcast with you, as I talked with Marnie Grundman. An amazing woman who has dedicated her life to help raise awareness and educate everyone on behalf of abused and runaway children.

As a child runaway herself, Marnie shares some of her story with me here on the show. We discuss why children run away, the myths, and misconceptions, as well as ways we can help support these young children and youth.

It’s not just about being a rebellious child, in fact it goes much deeper than that, to a life that often includes all types of abuse.

I hope you will be encouraged by her story of survival and how she fought through and overcame incredible trials to be where she is today. Be sure and check her out on MarnieGrundman.com !

Thank you again Marnie, I look forward to chatting with you again!
