In this episode, I’m talking about doubting our feelings during recovery of abuse. This can be very confusing and discomforting; doubting whether what we are feeling is true or not, and if it is, who are we to feel this way?

“Did this really happen, was it real?”
“Who am I to have a good day and feel good while so many others are suffering. On top of that, why am I feeling good, am I really healing?”
