We’ve all likely heard of the term, burnout before. Perhaps in the area of finances, relationships, hobbies, virtually anything we can do can cause us to experience burn out if we aren’t careful.

We need to make sure that we listen to ourselves, take care of our minds and bodies, and know that it’s okay to slow down and take a break even during recovery from abuse.

In this podcast I talk about the real possibility of burn out, ways to avoid it, and the importance of listening to our mind and body.
