“Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at, change.” – Wayne Dyer. That old saying literally popped into my head as I began to write the post and show notes for this episode of the podcast, and it applies perfectly to our chat with Tiffany Toombs and the topic of Reframing Your Limiting Beliefs.

Whether you are deeply involved in a healing journey from past trauma, struggling to find your way in your career, family life, relationships, or virtually anything else that is part of being a human being on this planet…reframing can be a powerful tool. By simply looking at how you presently view and interpret something in your life, and considering the possibility that there may be a different way of looking at it, you open up a whole new world of possibilities.

We get so stuck in the habits and mindsets we’ve built up over time, that we immediately often to go the negative rather than the positive. These negative beliefs can be the result of brainwashing from a toxic person in our past, any type of abuse, or simply by the company we keep on a daily basis. We are influenced, directly or indirectly, by not only our past but the company we keep on a daily basis, which is why it’s so important to surround ourselves with positive, encouraging, safe people.

So how exactly do we even figure out what this whole “reframing” thing is? How do you figure out who the safe people are and make changes to surround ourselves with them? How do we change all these negative core beliefs that we’ve been rooted in for so long, so we can build new pathways in our brain and develop a new outlook on who we are and what we’re capable of?

I’m glad you asked…our guest, Tiffany Toombs is here to help shed some light on this subject and address those struggles and more.

Tiffany is a Mindset Coach, and Master Practitioner of Matrix Therapies and NLP. She is the founder of blue lotus mind, a program she developed to help inspire men, women, and children to reconnect and love themselves, unconditionally, from the inside out. Her goal is to create a self-love revolution, where everyone feels empowered to redefine what happiness and love look and feel like, to them.

I have experienced first hand what it is like to feel stuck and lost in life.
